Illusion of Time
(She Walks Between the Moments)
My work is deeply influenced by my life experiences and inner reflections. Illusion of Time explores the idea that time is not absolute, but a perception that shapes how we experience life. We are often so consumed by memories of the past and thoughts of the future that we forget to exist fully in the present. Time moves quietly, guiding us through change, growth, and ultimately toward our final destination, yet its illusion keeps us unaware of the beauty held within each moment.
At the center of this series is a recurring female figure who exists between reality and imagination. She carries a constant identity while moving through shifting inner worlds, sometimes grounded, sometimes wandering through memory, mythology, or contemplation.
In She Walks Between the Moments, she becomes more aware of her presence, learning to exist in the fragile space between past and future. Influenced by meditation and stillness, she walks not as a captive of time, but as a witness to it.
Created primarily on Wasli paper using natural pigments and gouache, these works invite viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the present. My intention is not to change the world instantly, but to create a moment of awareness where perception shifts, and the present reveals its quiet power.
